Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
Appointments with a no-show or clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be cancelled, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. This fee must also be paid before booking any future appointments.
